Love it

I love my Willow Go! It has made my pumping journey so much easier than with my first baby, and I will probably pump longer this time due to this. I can walk around the house and use them in my car. The Willow Go has made my return to work much easier.

Love it

Even though I could use my plug in breast pump I find myself using the willow just for convenience sake so that I’m not trapped by my pump. The output is similar to the hospital grade pump and only takes about an extra 5 minutes. I did spill once when I leaned all the way over to pick up my baby from the floor but I think as long as you’re not bending all the way you shouldn’t have a issue with spills.

Best ever

This pump is making my life so much easier. Between a toddler and newborn twins, the last thing I needed was to worry about tubes and lugging my traditional pump around. The Willow Go has made it so easy to care for my newborns without missing a pump session. Thank you Willow!

Makes exclusive pumping easier

I've exclusively pumped for two babies and paid out of pocket for the Willow Go when it was released. Here are my thoughts after using it for 3+ months.

+Suction pattern is extremely similar to the Spectra, strong but not rough. The pump can remove/prevent clogs even when dropping pump sessions.

+Not heavy

+Compact but holds up to 7oz

+Easy to empty

+Easy to clean

-Parts are hard to find and expensive to replace. They do not last nearly as long as Willow recommends. Shipping is expensive. This is results in a HUGE expenditure every month for new parts. The older they get, the more the duckbills slip off the container and leak milk into the flange/diaphragm.

-Milk will slosh out the air hole in the top, so you're not fully worry-free mobile, but definitely close enough.

-Oversuppliers will have to stop and empty if they produce more than 5/7oz per breast per session.

Neutral but cool to know: No pumping bra is needed so EPers can finally use cute nursing-only bras without having to switch to pump hands-free. There is an order/trick to assembling the pump that helps prevent leaks. First put the flange through the pump. Then snap the white container back on, and press the duckbill in so you get a good seal. Then add the container last.

All things considered, the Willow Go is a fantastic pump. There is no truly perfect pump, but if I had to recommend any pump, I will recommend this any time. Opportunities for improvement include increasing the lifespan of the soft rubber…

LOVE this for work

I got the Willow Go as a replacement for my Medela to use at work. I'm on the go a lot at work and being plugged into a machine stuck at my desk was not going to cut it anymore, in addition to the valuable minutes spent attaching tubes/bottles/plugging in. I am more than happy with the Willow as my Mon-Fri work pump. (I also use the MomCozy S12 sometimes when I'm at home.)

Pros:

-I can get up and go easily. Compared to even some other wearables, this is the most sleek and simple. I like that there are no wires or tubes anywhere.

-My output is the same as or slightly better than with my Medela! I think this is in part because the Willow comes with a 21mm flange AND the very helpful sizing tool. Truly this is the most important thing to me.

Cons:

-The battery life concerns are legit. I have to charge it nightly to feel confident that I'll have enough battery for the full next day. I'm a little worried about how much longevity I'll get from it due to the frequent charging, but other reviews have said it got them through a year just fine.

-It's not silent. But I just let everyone around me know that I might be buzzing sometimes and they can deal with it! It's not as loud as the Medela or Spectra.

-There are a lot of pieces to wash (5 per pump). But I have just accepted this as part of pump-life.

-You have to use the app or your own clock to see how long you've been pumping. Again, far from a big deal.

Even though there are more cons than pros on my list, the pros are…
