Can I use my HSA/FSA?

Yes, you can. Simply pay for your breast pump, milk bags and accessories using your FSA/HSA debit card at checkout, or pay with another credit card and submit your receipt to your plan administrator for reimbursement.

Do I need to use Milk Bags with Willow 3.0?

No! Willow 3.0 offers the option to pump into Spill-Proof Milk Bags or Reusable Containers. Milk Bags enable total 360 degree mobility, while Containers offer 180 degree mobility, superior to other wearable pumps. Learn More.

Will Willow 3.0 still work if I produce more than four ounces on each side?

Our Spill-Proof Milk Bags and Reusable Containers hold up to 4 oz of milk (8 oz total). Willow automatically shuts off when your Milk Bag or Container is full. If you pump more than 4 oz in a single session, you can easily switch out the bag or empty the container and continue pumping.

Can I freeze the Milk Bags?

Absolutely! You can freeze in the Milk Bags. Our Milk Bags can be stored in the freezer for up to six months. Our Milk Bags have a convenient tab at the top to record the date the milk was pumped to help keep your stored milk organized.
